Karol G is definitely one of the most important Latin artists of our time. Ever since her international breakthrough with the hit «Tuza,» the Colombian artist has been consistently successful. Her album Mañana Será Bonito features tracks like «MIENTRAS ME CURO DEL CORA,» «PROVENZA,» «AMARGURA,» and «TQG» with Shakira, among others. It was so successful that she followed it up with Mañana será bonito (Bichota Season), which also produced hits like «QLONA» with Peso Pluma, «MI EX TENÍA RAZÓN,» and «S91,» among others.
One of the singer’s most recent achievements was being named ‘Woman of the Year 2024’ by Billboard. In fact, this same media has just released the records that Carolina –her real name– has broken with her world tour ‘Mañana Será Bonito,’ which has had concerts in Latin America, the United States, and soon in Europe as well. During this tour, various events have unfolded, including her engagement announcement, an emergency landing of her private jet, being hit onstage, among other things. Additionally, she dropped her collab with Tiësto, «CONTIGO,» featuring Young Miko in the music video.

Firstly, ‘la Bichota’ has made history by becoming the first Latina artist to go on a stadium tour. According to Billboard Boxscore, she’s also the top-earning Latina artist, raking in $155.3 million from 20 concerts and selling 925,000 tickets. This achievement has landed her at No. 11 on Billboard’s Top Tours list, not just in urban or Spanish music but across all genres.
Karol G made history at the iconic ‘Estadio Azteca’ in Mexico City, where she sold out three consecutive nights with 80,000 attendees per night, becoming the first female artist to achieve this feat. In Costa Rica, she achieved the highest ticket sales for a concert in the country, with 104,686 tickets sold across her two sold-out nights on March 9 and 10, according to Live Nation. This record was previously held by the British group Coldplay, who achieved it in 2022.
As mentioned earlier, ‘la Bichota’ will embark on her tour of Europe. However, she has already set records before setting foot on the continent. In Spain, she became the first artist to sell out tickets for four shows at the famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid.
