We’re officially in awards season for Latin and Spanish-language music, and the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025 are without a doubt one of the biggest nights of the year. On October 16, the highly anticipated list of nominees for this upcoming edition—taking place on November 7 in Valencia, Spain—has been finally revealed.

The LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025 is the awards ceremony organized by LOS40, the number-one Spanish-language music radio station in Spain and Latin America. This event celebrates the most outstanding national and international artists across genres such as pop, Latin, and urban music.

Much like the American Music Awards or the MTV VMAs, the gala features live performances, celebrity appearances, and recognition of the year’s biggest hits. And now, we finally know which artists could take home one or more trophies this November at the Roig Arena in Valencia.

Top Nominees for the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025

The nomination list for the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025 was announced during a special program hosted by LOS40’s well-known presenters Dani Moreno “El Gallo,” Cristina Boscá, and Tony Aguilar, with participation from the rest of the station’s DJs in Spain: David Álvarez, Óscar Martínez, Jesús Taltavull, Cris Regatero, Karin Herrero, Félix Castillo, Ramsés López, and Aitana Jerez, broadcasting from our main studios in the country.

The list is organized into three main categories: Spain, International, and Global Latin, covering nearly 30 sections where the winners of key awards—such as Best Artist or Group, Best Album, Best Video, and Best Collaboration, among others—will be determined.

Top Nominees of the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025

This October 16, we know that Colombian artist Feid, with 7 nominations, and Spanish artists Aitana, Dani Fernández, and Lola Índigo, with 6 nominations each, are the top nominees on the LOS40 Music Awards 2025 list.

Feid, one of the biggest figures in Latin urban music, is competing for Best Urban Artist, Best Urban Album with ‘Ferxoo Vol. X’, ‘Sagrado’, Best Live Artist, and Best Tour with ‘Fastest Tour’. He also appears in major collaborations: ‘X TI’ with Kapo in the Best Latin Collaboration category and ‘Verano Rosa’ with Karol G for Best Urban Collaboration. He completes his list of nominations with his participation in the music video ‘Se Lo Juro Mor.’

Aitana is one of the leading artists in the Spanish pop scene has conquered the charts with her latest album ‘Cuarto Azul’, her most introspective work to date, earning nominations for Best Artist, Best Album, Best Song (‘6 de febrero’), Best Collaboration for  ‘Gran Vía’ alongside Quevedo and ‘Sentimiento Natural’ with Myke Towers, and Best Tour for ‘Metamorfosis Season‘.

Dani Fernández, one of the leading figures in the Spanish music scene, is nominated for Best Artist, Best Album (La Jauría), Best Song (Me has invitado a bailar), Best Collaboration (¿Y si lo hacemos? with Valeria Castro), Best Live Artist, and Best Tour (La Jauría Tour).

Lola Índigo, one of the top representatives of Spanish-language urban music has made a huge international impact with the release of her latest studio work ‘Nave Dragón’, earning nominations to Best Album, and Best Song for ‘Sin Autotune’, Best Video for ‘Mojaita’, Best Collaboration for ‘La Reina Remix’ with María Becerra and Villano Antillano and Best Tour for ‘La Niña, La Bruja y el Dragón’. She is also competing for the Best Live Artist award.

Following the two Spanish superstars, major figures in international Latin and Spanish-language music—such as Bad Bunny, Feid, Emilia, Rauw Alejandro Béele, Morat, Quevedo and Dani Fernández—each received five nominations. Stars like Karol G, Sebastián Yatra and Dani Martín earned four mentions across the different categories of the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2025.

When Are the LOS40 Music Awards 2025? Performance Lineup

The ceremony will take place on November 7, 2025, in Valencia, supporting those affected by the DANA tragedy. You can watch it live from the Roig Arena via LOS40’s YouTube channel and other social media platforms.

LOS40 USA, the station’s branch in the United States, will also provide live coverage from the event, which will feature an exciting lineup of performances by artists including Ed Sheeran, Morat, Aitana, and Rels B, among many others.
