Maluma and Susana Gómez’s –her girlfriend– lives changed dramatically on March 9th when they welcomed their first daughter, Paris Londoño Gómez, into the world. From the very start, the baby stole the hearts of her parents. However, fans also appreciate when the singer shared the first images of his fatherhood on social media, as these posts receive a lot of positive feedback.
Of course, these days are the most special for the couple, but they’re also facing some challenges. The artist recently spoke to his followers on Instagram stories, acknowledging that his life has changed. “ I apologize for my absence, I know. I’m sorry, but the responsibilities of fatherhood are calling. This is serious; it has been the most incredible experience of my life,” the «Según Quién» singer shared.
The artist hasn’t forgotten to mention and thank his most loyal fans for their support, because even though he’s been less active, they’re still there. “But it hasn’t been easy; those of you who are parents understand what I mean, which is why I haven’t been as active on social media. I’ve shared some photos to give you a glimpse of what I’ve been going through. But, to sum it up, I’ve been really grateful, which is why I’m making this video. I want to let you know that we truly appreciate all the positive messages you’ve sent us, to me and to my family,” the singer expressed.
Maluma is thrilled that his fans adore his ‘princess.’ “She’s come to change our world, but in a very positive way,” he continued.
New Projects Are on the Way
The Colombian artist is currently balancing the early days of fatherhood, but he’s still focused on his upcoming projects. He’s feeling highly motivated at the moment: “I’ve been putting in a lot of work lately. It’s true what they say about babies bringing inspiration and blessings; it’s absolutely true. My creativity is soaring, and I’m getting myself ready,” he shared.
I want to make the most of this time; I’ve never felt more driven in my life. I want to write the best songs possible. I want to create incredible music. I want to share amazing stories with my daughter. It won’t be easy, I’ll admit that. But after this experience, my motivation is stronger than ever, and so is my inspiration”.
The singer of «Hawái» has left all his followers eager for more, as he mentioned that he’s working on new projects, but he can’t reveal anything yet. “I’m really excited to see what’s coming up, but I also wanted to thank you for all the love you’ve shown us.
