Debinha’s (Brazil) Music Picks Before The CONCACAF W’ Cup Final

We had the opportunity to chat with the Brazilian soccer player about some musical curiosities in the original LOS40 USA program 'Songs for Gold'

We’re already closing out the last week of competition in the CONCACAF W’ Cup! As we mentioned in the past few days, it’s one of the most important competitions worldwide, bringing together various national teams from CONCACAF, including countries from Latin America, Central America, North America, and the Caribbean.

After experiencing some very exciting semifinal matches, we now have the two teams that will compete in the final on March 10th at the Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego, California: Alex Morgan’s United States against Debinha’s Brazil.

And it’s with this last football player that we had the opportunity to chat and ask some musical curiosities related to her participation in the CONCACAF W’ CUP in the original LOS40 USA program ‘Songs for Gold.’ A program where we’ve been able to interview other football sensations like Trinity Rodman (USA) or María Sánchez (Mexico).

In our conversation with Debinha (nickname for Débora Cristiane de Oliveira), she assured us that her favorite group, which she’s listening to all the time during the W’ Golden Cup competition, is none other than Menos é Mais, a Brazilian musical group famous for their samba songs. Without a doubt, the best way to get motivated to play a match! This partly explains the great success of the Brazilian team in the competition.

And you, who would you say is your favorite Brazilian singer? Feel free to share it with us through our social media!
