We can’t deny it, being famous comes with great benefits. Of course, like everything in life, it has pros and cons, but while many of us struggle to find our better half or cling to the same fish in an ocean full of them, some are lucky enough to even receive dating requests.

But come on, Selena Gomez is beautiful inside and out, not to mention her immense talent. Who wouldn’t want an independent, strong, intelligent, and beautiful woman like her? And that’s just mentioning a few of her attributes.

Well, Selena posted a photo on her Instagram, and a rather bold young man, as if it were a job interview, shared his boyfriend application in a comment.

The comment went like this:

     For Miss Gomez…

Boyfriend Application:
Julian Frick
Age: 23 years young, but age is just a number

Height: 187cm

Education: Recently graduated
college, so I will have a job to support the family if required

Personality: Kind, respectful, loving, outgoing and humorous

Humor: Dry, sarcastic, lovable

Talents: Guitar, storytelling, comedy, dancing. I swear I’m a great dancer, I’m not sure why I have a natural ability to dance, it really doesn’t make sense. Partook in ballroom dance as well.

Do you think Selena will be interested? I mean, she just released a song about enjoying life being single and with friends, meaning no boyfriends… But hey, if you don’t try, you will never know.

Single Soon

We don’t know if we’re the only ones experiencing this, but we’ve spent an entire week unable to get «Single Soon» out of our heads. A week ago, Selena Gomez bid farewell to August in a grand way with a song in which she said goodbye to men and put on her best dress to enjoy a night with her friends.

The song is already a testament to pop excellence and has got us dancing as we await the release of her third album, which isn’t quite ready yet.

Y’all have been asking for new music for a while. Since I’m not quite done with SG3, I wanted to put out a fun little song I wrote a while back that’s perfect for the end of summer” she wrote in the post where she unveiled the cover and release date of the song.

This also served to delight fans who had been requesting new music from the singer for months. Thus, «Single Soon» became her first song of the year, coinciding with the first anniversary of the arrival of ‘Calm Down’ alongside Rema.

News About Her Album

In recent days, the artist has been actively promoting the single, and during an interview for the program ‘Hits 1 LA,’ part of SiriusXM radio, she revealed a fundamental characteristic of her new ‘era’: there won’t be sad songs.

There’s not one sad song on my album. And I don’t mean that in a way like everything is not full of meaning, because I think even the most ‘poppy’ songs can have heart, and I want that to cross everything I do, but genuinely, I don’t feel like I have anything inside me to write something negative. It no longer aligns with who I am. I lived in a world of sad girls, loved it, and wrote that music all the time. But I just believe that this album shouldn’t be like that” the singer explained behind the microphones.

This is a conclusion she arrived at after a lot of personal work and therapy, surrounding herself with good people, and reflecting on who she is and who she wants to be.

The result? A song that focuses on self-love, leaving behind everyday problems, and going out to enjoy life with the people who love and support us. While we await more details about this new project, for now, we can keep dancing to the rhythm of «Single Soon». Will you join us?
