Karol G’s fifth studio album is closer than ever. The Colombian superstar has been dropping subtle hints about her upcoming LP on social media. After the massive success of her Mañana Será Bonito tour and the release of her Netflix documentary, La Bichota is now fully focused on her next big project—an album that will arrive two years after Bichota Season.
Carolina has also left behind the soft pink tones that defined the Mañana Será Bonito era, embracing a vibrant tropical orange instead. And along with this visual shift, she’s started teasing what’s coming musically. One recent social media post, in particular, has caught fans’ attention—and LOS40 Spain took a closer look.
The post is set to ‘Adoro’ by Chavela Vargas, and it’s packed with visual clues. In the second image, Karol wears a striking jewel-covered bra, reminiscent of a carnival costume—possibly a nod to those festive traditions. She’s also seen rehearsing choreography on the floor, in a style that brings ‘TQG’ to mind. Other details include an orange billiard ball marked with the number 13, which could hint at a release date, and a room filled with orange tones that further cements her new aesthetic.

A few weeks ago, Karol G returned to social media after a three-month break with a mysterious message: “Ivonny Bonita.” Since then, fan accounts have been buzzing with theories about what it could mean. Now, the artist has used the word again. In one of the photos from her latest post, you can spot a pair of underwear with the word “Ivonny” printed on it. Could it be the title of a new song?

It’s worth remembering that Karol G is known for coining her own terms—she did it before with Bichota. Could Ivonny be her next signature word? The term doesn’t appear in the official dictionary of the Real Academia Española (RAE). The closest reference is the name Ivonne, which in Germanic means “archer.” If interpreted as the feminine form of Iván, it could also mean “blessed by God.”
