Shakira has been making waves with her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. One of the countries where the tour has seen the most success is Mexico, where she broke the record for the most concerts held at the GNP Seguros Stadium. She recently expanded her tour even further in the country, now with 12 shows across different states.

And to honor an artist who has contributed so much to music, a special temporary exhibit has opened in Mexico City: Shakira: Estoy Aquí Experience. The exhibit opened on March 21 and will run through March 30, 2025, offering fans a unique and immersive experience.

Organized by OCESA and Sony Music, the exhibition coincides with Shakira’s stay in Mexico as part of her world tour. Since March 12, she has performed in Monterrey and Guadalajara, and from March 19 to 30, she’ll be taking the stage at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City.

The Estoy Aquí Experience takes visitors through the highlights of Shakira’s career with exclusive content and never-before-seen material. Among the featured items are pages from her personal notebooks filled with song ideas and creative notes. Walls with quotes written by the artist herself, a collection of unpublished photos by Jaume de Laiguana, and instruments used in her recordings and tours.

Tears Turned into Diamonds

One of the most eye-catching spaces in the exhibit is called Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran: Tears Turned into Diamonds, inspired by Shakira’s latest album. This section is designed to share a message of strength and resilience, with tears represented through four gemstones that reflect different sides of Shakira’s life: emerald for confidence, ruby for passion, sapphire for vulnerability, and diamond for resilience and inner strength.

The exhibit celebrates Shakira’s cultural impact and artistic journey. Over the years, she has inspired generations with her music, unique style, and dedication to her craft. This tribute highlights her creative evolution and her influence in both music and fashion, while also sending a powerful message of empowerment through her personal and professional story.
