Peso Pluma, undoubtedly, finishes his participation in the Coachella 2024 Festival with a high mark. He already showed in the festival’s first weekend that he was ready to inscribe Mexico’s name in golden letters in the history of this mega gathering of influencers and musicians.
Last week, he had Becky G, Junior H, or Arcángel on stage. Additionally, he kept his country very present and the narcocorridos that have given him so much fame. And, he didn’t stop paying tribute to great stars of regional Mexican music.
«PESOCHELLA2024 🏜️🖤 As always, it is an honor to represent my country and my culture everywhere. Thank you Coachella FOR SO MUCH LOVE in this first show. ❤️🙏🏻 Up with Mexico and up with the CORRIDOS,» he wrote after that first performance on his social media.
This second weekend of the festival has been another triumph. He repeated the set list but changed his guests. This time, instead of Becky G, the woman who accompanied him to sing was Anitta.
Together, they sang «Bellakeo» and set the stage on fire with a perreo that raised the temperature of the moment. Lots of sensuality and a lot of complicity for two artists who continue to stir rumors about a relationship beyond the professional due to the great chemistry they share when they are together.
She wasn’t his only guest. He also shared the stage with Chencho Corleone, the former member of the reggaeton group, Plan B. Together they sang «Humo.»
And as there’s no two without three, Eslabón Armado also participated in his concert, the group with which he sings «Ella Baila Sola,» the hit that brought him worldwide fame early last year.
After the concert, he thanked again for so much love received, and messages of admiration for his great achievement in this festival that serves as a showcase for trends, and undoubtedly, Mexican music is one of them.
Anything can happen at Coachella.
