During their concert in Prague, everything seemed to be going smoothly as Nick played a ballad on the piano. The audience was ready to join in, lighting up the venue with their phones. Then, out of nowhere, a red light appeared and pointed directly at Nick’s head, and his expression changed instantly.
Clearly alarmed, Nick raised his hands in a stop gesture, pausing his performance. He then signaled to his security team and quickly left the stage, leaving fans in shock—and for good reason.
The concert was paused for a few minutes, and after about 10 minutes, security confirmed there was no actual danger after checking the venue. Regarding the incident, an arena spokesperson said: “We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers’ performance had to be interrupted for several minutes due to the use of a prohibited laser pointer” by someone in the audience. “The organizing service responded to this fact immediately.
