“I’ve been working on my new album since mid-last year. Even while promoting ‘Mañana Será Bonito.’ I had my first idea in June 2023 to explore new themes in my songs […] After spending New Year’s Eve with my family in Colombia, I went to Los Angeles and began working in the studio every day.” The singer explained during a Vogue interview a few months ago.
These ideas seem to have taken her to that beachside bar or seaside shack where she’s performing for the music video of «Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido.» It’s a song where it’s clear she’s fulfilling what she explained about her upcoming music. “I want to speak for all women, exploring different perspectives.
