Taylor Swift’s stance has been a major talking point lately, but now another superstar has stepped in on Kamala Harris’s side. Billie Eilish, alongside her brother Finneas, posted a video promoting early voting and confirming their support for the Democratic Party.

‘The Bad Guy’ singer and her brother are clear that they will vote for the team made up of Vice President Harris and her running mate, South Carolina Governor and vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz.

“We are voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy,” Eilish explains. “We can’t let extremists control our lives, our freedoms and our future. The only way to stop them and the dangerous Project 2025 agenda is to vote and elect Kamala Harris,” Finneas added. “Vote like your life depends on it, because it does,” Eilish emphasizes.

“I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos,” she concludes.

As mentioned earlier, artists and musicians have been vocal about the upcoming election. Recently, The White Stripes denounced Trump for using their music in his campaign, while Latin singers like Anuel AA and Justin Quiles have shown him support. After the debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, Taylor Swift finally made her support for one of the candidates clear. As many expected, her choice was unsurprising.

‘Recently, I found out that AI-generated content of «me» falsely endorsing Donald Trump’s presidential run was posted on his site. It stirred up my concerns about AI and the dangers of spreading misinformation. This made me realize the importance of being transparent about my actual plans as a voter in this election. The best way to counter misinformation is with the truth,’ she said, addressing the issue of fake content circulating during such processes.

Leaving no room for doubt, Swift clearly stated her stance, expressing her support in this political race: ‘I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election […] I believe she is a steady, gifted leader, and I think we can achieve so much more in this country if we are led by calm rather than chaos.
