María Becerra, one of our iconic urban queens, is back at home at LOS40. ‘La Nena de Argentina’ has visited this week our central studios in Madrid to have a chat with Tony Aguilar on Los40 Global Show about her song for the movie Fast X, her collab with Spanish star Pablo Alborán, ‘Amigos’, and the beautiful story of love and passion of her grandparents.
«It’s a year to celebrate. We started in the best way, joining the Warner family, so I’m happy. And things keep happening to me. Fast & Furious, collaborations coming up that I never thought I would be able to sing with those artists…Also Anglo artists and me singing in English and they in Spanish!».

«It’s a great proposal. It’s a movie that gives a lot of prominence to the soundtrack. The songs that have been part of the movies have always been iconic and very prominent. When I met Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez they knew me and they loved Te Cura«.
«This year I am feeling very fulfilled. I’m cured by the accomplishments we’re having and where we’re getting to. It’s all being very fast, but I’m happy with every achievement because I have work and I can’t ask for more», she added.
«Pablo Alborán is a sweetheart, he is very humble and a great person. He is one of those people that you say: here I get a friend. It happened to me with him».
«We have thought about bringing the tango back. Now Mexicans make music from their roots. Peso Pluma was the first to put a corrido in the global number 1. My grandparents were tangueros. My grandfather danced crazy. In fact, he met my grandmother dancing. Their love arose when he asked her to dance and he knew how to take her there. That was what captivated her».
