From Being First Eliminated in a Musical Reality Show to Becoming a Superstar

Miriam began her career in the entertainment industry as a dancer before transforming into the recognized singer she is today. From her early years, she demonstrated a keen interest in dance and choreography, working in diverse locations such as China and Los Angeles, participating in shows by renowned artists like Chris Brown, Miguel Bosé, Sweet California, Enrique Iglesias, Marta Sánchez, and The Baseballs.

Her foray into television occurred in 2010 with ‘Fama Revolution,’ the last edition of the talent show broadcast on Spanish television channel Cuatro. Although eliminated in the sixth week, she showcased exceptional talent for dance. After her stint on ‘Fama Revolution,’ Lola continued her journey as a dancer and choreographer, even participating in various musicals. This experience laid the groundwork for her subsequent success as a singer.

In 2017, she took a significant step in her musical career by participating in the talent show ‘Operación Triunfo.’ Despite being the first eliminated, Lola did not lose heart and persisted in her musical dream. In July 2018, she released her first single, «Ya no quiero ná,» which quickly gained popularity and achieved double platinum certification in December 2018. Her music is characterized by blending various genres such as pop, reggaeton, and trap, distinguished by empowering and energetic lyrics.

International Collaborations

Lola has worked with various international artists throughout her career. Some of her notable collaborations include Mala Rodríguez, with whom she released the single ‘Mujer Bruja,’ quickly earning platinum status after its release.
