Ice Spice is having her best year in 2023, and a perfect example of her success is winning the Best New Artist category at the 2023 MTV VMAs.
The rapper from The Bronx, launched her career in 2021 after connecting with producer RiotUSA, and her rise to fame was undeniable in late 2022 when she released her viral hit «Munch (Feelin’ U).» Additionally, she collaborated with Taylor Swift on «Karma.»
“I have put in so much hard work, and it means a lot to be recognized for it and have more than just plaques to show for it,” she said to Billboard. “I hope to push the genre forward in whatever ways I can, but I know I’ll have a huge impact on the youngins coming up now.”
This year, she has dropped chart-topping collabs like “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2”, and «Princess Diana” featuring the renowned Nicki Minaj.
A few days ago, on September 10, the rapper delighted us with a sweet post on X, featuring an image of a plump munchkin donning a diamond necklace Princess chain. Her tweet read, ‘america runs on MUNCHKINS,’ unveiling their fresh collaboration.

During the MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday night, Dunkin’ Donuts unveiled a new commercial. This commercial was directed by Affleck, who also starred in it, and it was produced through the actor’s Artists Equity production label.
As Jill McVicar Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin’, expressed, pumpkin spice season has become somewhat predictable lately. To shake things up, they enlisted the help of Affleck and Ice Spice to create a new pumpkin obsession that only Dunkin’ could offer. The result? The Ice Spice Munchkins Drink.

The beverage blends frozen Dunkin’ coffee with the flavors of pumpkin cake Munchkins doughnut holes, finished with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel. This marks the inaugural occasion where a Dunkin’ bakery item has been incorporated into a beverage.

Earlier this year, the doughnut and coffee chain collab with a musician, and this marks another instance. In February, Jennifer Lopez made a surprise appearance in a Dunkin’ advertisement that aired during the Super Bowl, which also featured Ben Affleck, her husband.
As a fun fact, Affleck is actually a renowned Dunkin’ fan. In a 2019 interview, he told Collider, “I have Dunkin’ Donuts every day. It’s very weird. I have it every day and people are always like, ‘Where’s that? Is that near here?’ So I feel like I’m spreading the word.”
In April, another advertisement added to the fun, featuring a scenario where Affleck was mistaken for Matt Damon.
