Alicia Keys and Karol G Team Up to Sing a New Version of ‘No One’
The American singer invited the Colombian diva to her concert in Bogotá
Alicia Keys was simply spectacular in her last concert in Colombia. The American singer gave it all at the Movistar Arena in Bogotá, performing some of her greatest hits. What her fans did not expect was that one of the urban queens of the moment would make a surprise appearance. None other than Karol G herself!
The Colombian star, who is enjoying the success of her latest album ‘Mañana será bonito’ and her upcoming U.S. Stadium tour (despite the recent controversy surrounding his ex-partner Anuel AA and his hints on social media to Feid), made a surprise appearance to sing one of the soul artist’s greatest hits. Karol was invited by her to perform ‘No One’, a hit that everyone fell in love with in 2007.

Keys at the piano and Karol standing up: this is how they interpreted the classic. While Alicia sang the part we all know, the Colombian surprised us with a dazzling cover in Spanish. An amazing version we had never heard before!
Alicia also invited the Argentine trap star Cazzu to her concert in Buenos Aires and the ‘Nada’ singer also left us an incredible Spanish version of ‘Underdog’!
‘No One’ Spanish Version

In addition, the ‘TQG’ star also sang part of the chorus in Spanish: «No One, No One, No one me hace sentir como lo haces». Undoubtedly, this moment on stage is a success for Karol G. The reason? The artist has been a fan of Alicia since she was a teenager.
In fact, 13 years ago, when Karol was not even 20, she was recording covers of her idol’s songs from her bedroom.

A Hit That Made History
‘No One’ is one of Alicia Keys’ best known songs. The American released it in 2007, being the first single from her third studio album called As I Am. The song became a worldwide hit, being number 1 in several countries. In fact, Alicia became number 1 on our Lista LOS40 on January 6, 2008!
Moreover, the song is considered one of the 100 best songs of all time according to Billboard. It also has four platinum albums globally.
