Laura Coca, LOS40 SpainPaulo Londra has released Versus, his new EP. This project not only celebrates his career but also connects his past with his present. It reflects his desire to inspire others to find their voice and use music as a way to heal and feel empowered. Through his personal journey, freestyle, and support for the community, Paulo shares a strong message: no matter the challenges, success is possible, and we should always keep fighting for our dreams.

The name Versus represents the duality of a person, the inner struggle, and resilience. Each song on the EP has its own meaning and reflects different stages of Paulo’s journey. For example, ‘Sin Cadenas’ is about freedom and growth, while ‘Mi Versión’ is a reflective letter to his past self, showing how he has evolved both personally and artistically. The track ‘Gracias’ (Thank You) closes the EP with a clear message: every experience has a purpose and teaches us something.

Paulo has said that he drew inspiration from the people around him when creating these songs. “I was really inspired by my people; they always show me love, so I owe them love back. I want to nurture that connection we share, while also having fun with the concept of Versus, which symbolizes the internal battle,” he said.

“It was a very personal journey about the struggles we have with ourselves. After a storm, when you feel at peace, you can reflect, and I wanted to talk about how important God and family are to me. Also, my fans have been asking me for a trap song like the ones I used to make,” Paulo added.

The music videos for the EP were filmed in Buenos Aires and featured several of Paulo’s friends, capturing the same energy and spontaneity of his early homemade videos. The goal was to maintain the freshness that has always defined him, while also bringing back the essence of previous projects like Relax, Confiado y Tranquilo, and Me Tiene Mal.

Versus marks an important moment in Paulo’s career as his first trap EP. He sees it as a way to honor God, his family, and the people who have supported him from the very beginning. “I owe this to God, my family, and the people who have always been there for me. I dream of performing these songs live, for people to feel them the way I do, to shout them out loud,” he shares.
