After several days of hints on social media, Rosalía has finally revealed what she had been working on: a new song, ‘OMEGA’, in collaboration with experimental artist Ralphie Choo.

Ralphie Choo, whose real name is Juan Casado Fisac, is a young Spanish experimental musician who has made a name for himself in his country’s music scene for his innovative and unprejudiced genre-blending ability. His music spans from pop and R&B to jazz and bossa nova, creating a unique and warm listening experience.

Ralphie Choo began his musical career making beats at home and eventually decided to sing, which allowed him to evolve and find his own style. His stage name comes from the character Ralph Wiggum from The Simpsons, and the surname «Choo» references a Valentine’s card that Lisa gives to Ralph in one episode.

He is known for his debut album, Supernova, released in September 2023, which has been praised for its mastery in genre blending and its ability to tell stories through music. This album has helped him gain recognition both nationally and internationally, including mentions in outlets like Billboard and a live session on the COLORS platform.

Regarding his relationship with Rosalía, Ralphie Choo has caught the attention of the famous Catalan singer, who has expressed her admiration for his work. She praised his latest studio work repeatedly on social media, and last winter they were seen together enjoying time ice skating. A friendship that will undoubtedly bring us one of the songs of the year!
