This includes TBS Crew, which earned 14.5 million euros in revenue in 2022, a 100% increase from 2021. Chiara also holds a 32.5% stake in Fenice with her partner Paolo Barletta, and a 27% stake in Morgese, with profits exceeding 3 million euros (3.2 millon dollars).

Her wealth increases further when considering the nearly 30-room penthouse she owns in the luxurious CityLife residential complex in Milan. According to the Italian press, it is Chiara Ferragni who manages the business framework that leads Fedez’s career, handling the investments. When Fedez declared in court that he was «insolvent,» it was revealed that the holding company controlling the rapper’s group, Zedef, is only 10% owned by him, while 90% is in his parents’ names.
