Karol G Confirms She Was Feid’s Muse in a Song Before Going Public

In the track, Ferxxo addresses one of his loves; yet, we never truly knew to whom it was directed

Although rumors about Karol G and Feid dating started circulating in late 2021 after they collaborated on the song «FRIKI,» the official confirmation of their relationship came just a few months ago. It seems like it’s been a while since we saw ‘la Bichota’ and Ferxxo together, but it actually happened relatively recently, in June 2023. For about a year and a half, people were speculating whether they were really dating or just good friends. 

On June 17th, it was a big deal for fans of both artists because they posted their first photo together, confirming they were indeed in a relationship. Since then, they’ve been seen together a lot, showing up at public events, award ceremonies, and even supporting each other at concerts. 

Recently, they both attended the Billboard Women In Music gala, where the «QLONA» singer was one of the stars of the night. She went with Feid, but he kind of stayed in the background, letting Karol take the spotlight. However, behind the scenes, she introduced Feid to Luísa Sonza, which showed how close they are. 

  

How Does Karol G Refer to Feid?

Here’s where it gets interesting. What did Karol G say that becomes the axis of this entire story? «Salomón, say hello,» were the words spoken by the singer, addressing Feid to greet the Brazilian artist. But… who is Solomon?

Salomón is the real name of the singer, a detail that, if you were unaware, the artist doesn’t typically allow just anyone to know. If we rewind to December 2022, when Ferxxo released his album SIXDO, we find a song titled «Le Pido a DIOS» (I Ask GOD), in which he addresses one of his loves, yet we never truly knew whom it was directed towards. 

Now, we can confirm —or rather, Karol G has confirmed— this when she said, “Salomón, say hello,” since among the verses of the aforementioned song, we hear one that goes, “You always call me ‘Salo,’ and they call me ‘Feid’”. With just these two pieces of the puzzle, there’s nothing more to say. Feid was referencing Karol G in his songs months before they publicly confirmed their relationship.
