Peso Pluma has left fans buzzing with questions. The Mexican singer, who’s usually in the spotlight for his successful music career, recently grabbed attention for something more personal. Known for his achievements, like his nomination for Best Latin Artist at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards, he typically avoids much controversy.

This time, though, it’s his personal life making waves. Peso Pluma seems to be in a new relationship with influencer Diana Rosalía Esparragoza after weeks of rumors, solidified by their appearance together in Paris. The announcement caused a stir, especially since he was previously in a very public relationship with Hanna Howell. Their relationship included matching name tattoos, and Hanna even hinted at the possibility of being pregnant with his child.

To add fuel to the fire, Peso Pluma recently posted a mysterious Instagram story featuring three emojis: a baby bottle, a man holding a baby, and a chick hatching from an egg. Naturally, this set the internet on fire, with many fans speculating that the singer might be hinting at becoming a dad.

Is Peso Pluma Going to Be a Dad?

That’s the first thought that crossed fans’ minds when the singer shared his mysterious Instagram story. However, there might be another explanation that has nothing to do with fatherhood. The story included the song ‘La Faramalla’ by Grupo Nivel C, which could shed some light on its real meaning.

One part of the song says in Spanish: “If we’re talking about tough guys, I’m as tough as they come. Chicks that are just hatching compare themselves to the best. I’m the only rooster that crows in the henhouse.” This exact part plays in the background of Peso Pluma’s post, accompanied by emojis—a baby bottle, a man holding a baby, and a chick hatching from an egg.

These emojis seem to tie into the lyrics, suggesting that Peso Pluma might be calling himself “el gallo” (the rooster) of corridos tumbados. In other words, he’s positioning himself as the leader, while newer artists are just starting out, represented as chicks hatching from their shells.

Whether the post was meant to tease or make a statement, only time will tell. We’ll have to wait for Peso Pluma or his team to confirm whether this hints at a possible pregnancy or is simply a creative nod to the song’s message.
