Danna Confirms a Romance with a Famous Footballer: Who Is He?

The singer shared this during her appearance on 'La Revuelta'

Danna, one of the most recognizable faces from the early seasons of Élite, recently appeared on the Spanish show La Revuelta, hosted by David Broncano. Even though it wasn’t her first time on the show, she still managed to surprise the audience with her comments. And no, we’re not talking about her answers to the usual questions about money in the bank.

Early in the interview, Broncano asked about her celebrity circle, and Danna revealed she’s now ‘friends’ with Shakira. “As you know, my friend is very single and fabulous, but she’s not looking for a man,” she clarified. Interestingly, there’s something else the two singers share in common (and it’s not just their friendship).

Danna admitted she’s a ‘Madridista.’ “I’ve learned a lot about football thanks to my boyfriend,” she said. The host followed up by asking if her boyfriend was also a Real Madrid fan, then pushed further: “Is your boyfriend a Real Madrid player?” Danna, a bit surprised, laughed and said no, adding, “No, he’s not a footballer, but I’ve dated footballers before.”

Danna and Neymar?

At first, she didn’t want to reveal who it was. But when David Broncano kept pressing for a name, she responded more practically: “It’s all on Google.” Sure enough, after a quick search on La Revuelta, the name that sparked a lot of rumors popped up: Neymar. “Yes, we met,” she admitted before quickly adding, “Oh my God, I’ve never said that before.”

Danna was quick to explain that it was never anything ‘official’ and that Neymar wasn’t her ‘boyfriend.’ The host pressed further, saying, “So you had a fling with a footballer,” to which she nodded. She also made it clear that she now knows a relationship with a football player wouldn’t be for her: “I got out in time. I’ve had my experiences, and honestly, they were all good, but nothing serious.”
