Christian Nodal is back in the news, but this time it’s not because of his tattoos or his music. It’s about the criticism he’s facing over his personal life. For a while now, the singer has been caught up in the media spotlight due to his romantic relationships. If you haven’t been keeping up, Nodal was in a relationship with the Argentine trap artist Cazzu, with whom he has a baby named Inti. However, their relationship ended suddenly, and soon after, he started dating Ángela Aguilar, whom he married shortly after going public.
Because of this, Nodal has been hit with a lot of criticism, including accusations that he has ‘abandoned’ or neglected his baby. With these comments getting harsher, the singer finally decided to set the record straight and explain what’s really going on behind the rumors that he ‘abandoned’ Cazzu and their daughter, Inti.
In an honest and unfiltered interview on a YouTube channel, Nodal talked about how all the speculation around his private life has impacted his emotional well-being. “I know my reality,” the artist said. “At the end of the day, do you really think it affects you when people make things up? Sure, it makes you angry, especially when it involves the people you love, but it doesn’t change your reality.”
Nodal also shared that, early in his career, he would post everything on social media, which eventually took a toll on his mental health. “It caught up with me; it affected me physically, emotionally, and psychologically.” Now, the singer has learned to be more private and not let negative comments get to him.
Learning from Mistakes and Moving Forward
The ‘Kbron y Medio’ singer also took some time to reflect on his past choices, like his controversial face tattoos, saying he has learned not to let anyone take away his happiness. “We’re not here to make anyone unhappy, and we shouldn’t let anyone make us unhappy either,” he stressed, making it clear that his mental peace is now his main focus’.
