We close January as it couldn’t be otherwise, with the best hits! In this Saturday’s program, our host Riva Pop will give us an overview of the singles and collaborations of Latin music that are currently making waves in the United States. And the number 1 position of our Lista LOS40 USA goes to none other than ‘Alv’ by Arcángel and Grupo Frontera.

The Puerto Rican artist has been one of the artists joining the Mexican Music phenomenon that we already experienced in 2023. Grupo Frontera, amid this boom, was one of the most heard bands globally. Their joint song, with nods to Bad Bunny’s «1x100to,» is a modern ballad – although the representing initials are not as beautiful, let’s say.

In the second position, we have one of the most popular reggaeton hits of the moment. And how can we forget the iconic performance of Anitta and Peso Pluma singing ‘Bellakeo’ at the TikTok Arizona festival? A performance that Nicki Nicole recently commented on, by the way. This explosive release goes straight to number 2 on our list.

And in third place, with the bronze, we have again the Mexican band Grupo Frontera, but this time with the Colombian sensation Manuel Turizo, in «De Lunes a Lunes,» a catchy post-breakup anthem that narrates the typical story of letting go to vice and partying to get through heartbreak.
