Yng Lvcas has climbed positions within the Mexican reggaeton scene during these past years and has become one of the artists with the greatest projection on the music charts. At Los40 we were lucky enough to see him perform in an exclusive live show and now the singer has talked about this good moment that the Mexican scene is experiencing with our host Tony Aguilar on LOS40 Global Show.
«Six Jewels 23 is six gems. ‘Bandolero’ is the first song I started making with my first producers, the ones who believed in me from the beginning. There’s also ‘Perdonemos,’ a more recent song. I went through a situation, and I wrote it because it came from my heart. It’s personal. ‘Esa Nena’ was also one of the first ones I made, and ‘Erótica’ was the first collaboration I did with an emerging artist, Sleezy O.»

«I had a great time. We filmed it in Colombia. It was a long few hours, but with good food, good attention and Justin Quiles’ jokes. I didn’t know he was so funny. It was all magical.»
«It’s an honor to have worked with Justin Quiles and to have been able to release that song that people are receiving so well. Besides, we talk frequently. The friendship is there.»
«It’s incredible to have people like Peso Pluma doing regional Mexican music. I love that idea. I started by making corridos, and soon there will be several corridos coming out. We’re still here, but now focused on reggaeton.» The Mexican also revealed some days ago his opinion about the Doble P music session with Argentine star producer, Bizarrap.
«I’ll have events in Canada for the first time. Also in Mexico. And soon in Spain.»
