Fans of reggaeton and Trueno’s music are in luck. Ever since he released ‘DUBAI’ with Beny Jr a few weeks ago, it has become their favorite soundtrack.
Thanks to this collaboration, the Argentine has immersed himself more than ever in the international urban scene, sharing cultures with Beny Jr, Morad and other artists who are part of this movement. That’s what he shared with us on LOS40, although that wasn’t the only thing.
He also recalled how the song with the Spanish-Moroccan rapper came about and how well the chemistry flowed between them in the studio. «The connection is based on the way we see things and the codes we have. […] We have a super cool relationship because we are very similar,» explains Trueno.
Bad Gyal’s music has reached other territories, and proof of that is found in the words that Trueno has praised her with on LOS40. He says she is «a beast» and he likes her style. Will he dare to propose a collaboration to her? We’ll have to wait to find out (but we’ll love it, to be honest).
What is clear is that Trueno has developed an unstoppable passion for music since he was born. His father, Pedro Peligro, is one of the biggest rap icons in Argentina, so since he came into the world in 2000, our protagonist has been closely connected to this art form. This has led him to develop a strong interest in other sounds, such as Nigerian music, which he claims to be hooked on lately.
Another thing he made clear is that he is also very focused on the big project that is coming and that he is eager to present it to the world. We’ll have to wait for more details, as well as to find out which song from Bien O Mal will have a remix and who he will release it with.
