Piso 21 has just dropped their new studio album titled Los Muchachos on all major music platforms, which features 15 tracks that explore the different aspects of love, blending pop melodies with urban vibes.

For this album, the band has teamed up with some well-known artists, including Tezzel for «90’S BABY,» Elena Rose for «VALLENATO,» Ryan Castro for «3/21,» Fainal & Shako for «EN MI PIEL,» and Gabito Ballesteros for «ME LIBERÉ.» Additionally, there’s a noteworthy collaboration with Nicky Jam on «DÉJALO EN VISTO,» a romantic reggaeton song described by the group as an ode to impossible loves.

The group recently unveiled the album’s cover and back cover on their social media profiles, featuring a retro-inspired photograph of the band members on a beachfront boardwalk. The band shared, “This is who we are, this is our DNA, our always-upbeat vibe. We are ‘Los Muchachos,’ and our motto has always been and will continue to be to do everything with the best energy. God, music, family, love, friends, and enjoying life are our pillars 💿 November 9.”

It’s worth mentioning that in Spanish, the word ‘muchacho’ typically refers to a young boy or a young man. It can also be used more broadly to refer to a guy, depending on the context.

The release of a new album is a very special moment in any artist’s career, and the ‘muchachos’ wanted to express it: “Happiness, the band, celebration, brotherhood… ‘Los Muchachos’ 💿 Album today.”

Focus Single: «Sinceramente»

Accompanying the album is the lead single, ‘Sinceramente,’ which is also the first track on the album. Produced with Sky Rompiendo, this dembow-infused track takes the band back to their romantic roots while retaining their distinct urban style.

The band introduced the single by sharing on their Instagram, “We present ‘Sinceramente,’ the single from ‘Los Muchachos,’ an album that represents our vibe – romantic, family-oriented, always upbeat, and with the touch of perreo that’s always present. Dedicated to all those who believe in us […] Thanks to all our fans, to those who collaborated, to our family, and above all, to God.”

Last month, Piso 21 wrapped up their first-ever United States tour, the ‘Los Muchachos US Tour,’ where they delivered unique performances in cities like New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and Dallas.
