Karol G Teases a Sneak Peek of New Song: «Como Loca Me Acuerdo de Nosotros»
The Colombian artist shared a couple of videos working on upcoming track alongside Ovy on the Drums
Karol G is a true workaholic. She’s been incredibly busy in 2023, not taking a break even during her vacations! In March, she released her highly anticipated fourth album, Mañana será bonito, and it quickly became one of the most popular albums of the year. Then, in August, she surprised us with Mañana será bonito (Bichota Season), featuring exciting collaborations with artists like Young Miko and Peso Pluma.
What’s more, she took her music on tour across the United States, performing in a dozen cities before wrapping up in Boston on September 28th. But the excitement doesn’t stop there; on December 1st, she’ll kick off her Latin American tour in her hometown of Medellín. This tour will continue through May, with shows at some of Latin America’s most prestigious stadiums.
Before diving back into her busy schedule, Karol G decided to take a vacation with her friends, as it’s important to recharge before the next leg of her tour. She’s chosen a beautiful destination, continuing a tradition she started in 2022 when she visited places like Dubai, Greece, Egypt, and Kenya. Although she hasn’t revealed her current location, she’s shared some videos from her trip. We’ve seen her having fun riding quads in the sand dunes and relaxing on the beach.
But what really caught our attention is a video of the Colombian artist working on a new song. She doesn’t stop her creative process, even during vacations (a common practice among artists), as inspiration can strike at any time.

About Karol G’s Upcoming Song
‘La Bichota’ recently shared a couple of videos that give us a sneak peek of her new track. In the videos, she’s casually dressed in a t-shirt and cap, recording in a makeshift studio with her trusted producer, Ovy On The Drums. Karol captioned one of the videos with, ‘Did we make music? Always!’ In this first preview, we hear only Karol’s captivating voice.
The second video shows us Ovy On The Drums’ work and the overall sound he’s creating for the song. And, ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Karol G might have another hit on her hands. Based on this brief teaser of just a few seconds, it seems we can look forward to a new reggaeton sensation from the queen. No doubt, we hope to hear the full song before Christmas, giving us a great track to dance to in the New Year.
