The trap stars just released their collab music video

Cazzu and La Joaqui spread girl power in their latest music clip. ‘Glock’ pays tribute to those female unconditional friendships with which we share the best and worst moments in our lives.

Here we can see how both artists support each other through adversity. In this case, what appears to be a toxic relationship. In the music video it is clearly shown how Cazzu helps his friend (La Joaqui) to go through the grief process after a breakup and rebuild her life and self-esteem.

Glock’ combines nostalgic vibes with powerful hard-hitting lyrics. The emotion with which they represent female friendship and sorority is mixed together with the resentment after a problematic relationship has ended, creating a potent girl empowerment hit.

Mi gata te mata sin una glock” (which means “My girl kills you without a glock”), is the main chorus that frames this new collab, that is included in Cazzu’s new ‘Nena Trampa Deluxe‘ album.

Argentinian Talent On the Rise

Cazzu and La Joaqui belong to a powerful generation of Argentine artists (including Duki, Nicki Nicole, Paulo Londra, Tiago PZK…)  that have taken the urban genre to another level, elevating the scene with innovative rhythms, lyrics, and aesthetics. They have a lot to do with the fact that  Latin music is thriving globally.

Before making herself big name in the urban scene, Cazzu first started making cumbia and rock music. She gained a great popularity in the trap music scene after releasing collabs like ‘Loca‘ with fellow rappers Duki and Khea (Bad Bunny joined later for the remix version) or ‘Tumbando el Club‘, one of the main anthems of trap music wordwide, featuring Neo Pistea, Ysy A, Lucho SSJ and Duki, among others.

Cazzu is in one of the best moments in her career. She just dropped her latest album, a great release with many sick rhythms and strong unapologetic lyrics, like Brinca’ collab featuring hitmaker Young Miko. The ‘Jefa’ singer has also recently revealed her pregnancy with Mexican artist Christian Nodal.

On her part, La Joaqui is one of the most striking female artists in the scene. She started her musical career at 18 years old, entering into the hip-hop scene. In fact, she also participated in the Argentine edition of Red Bull’s rap battle. Since then, she’s been restless, even during the pandemic in 2020, when she released ‘Gangster‘.

La Joaqui has been recently trending in TikTok worldwide thanks to her hit ‘Muñecas’ featuring TINI and Steve Aoki, which stands on the #18 position in our Lista Los40 USA chart.
