We’ve gone several weeks without hearing from Anuel AA after his delicate life-or-death surgery, for which he announced the temporary cancellation of all his commitments. However, this weekend he surprised all his fans with an alarming message, requesting help for his fellow singer and friend, Alexio ‘La Bruja.’

According to Primera Hora, the Puerto Rican artist had been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, a disease he continues to fight against. However, it has become more complicated in recent days, as he urgently needs blood and platelet donations. That’s why artist friends like Anuel AA and Arcángel have not hesitated to help by spreading the message to their millions of followers on social media.

The singer of «La Chamba» also shared a post on Instagram a few hours ago, providing details of the people needed for donations and the location. He also shared the name of the patient, Alexio. «My brother from another mother is fighting like a warrior for his life!!! We urgently need platelet donors! If you have nothing to do and want to SAVE the life of an excellent human being who has given you moments of fun and joy as an artist, THEN WE NEED YOU MORE THAN EVER!!! I’m coming for you, my bro; I know you can do it. I’m in MEXICO, but I’m leaving for 🇵🇷 right away. RESIST because I want to see you again, I’M ON MY WAY!» the artist said.

Alexio ‘La Bruja’ became globally known as Alexio ‘La Bestia.’ He entered the industry in 2013, and his success came with songs like «Tumba La Casa,» which still resonates in clubs worldwide. «Tarará,» «Pal Muro,» and «Otro Idiota Que Se Enamora» are other songs that have been part of his career.

There are currently no further details about Alexio’s current condition, but at LOS40, we hope that with the support of Arcángel and Anuel AA, they can reach the necessary donations.
