Together, they performed classic hits from Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, sparking nostalgia among those who grew up with the Disney Channel movies.

Demi and Joe Jonas allegedly dated briefly in 2010 during their early Disney careers. According to a 2013 interview, Demi admitted she was “really mad” at Joe following their breakup, which reportedly happened just before the Camp Rock 2 tour. Joe is said to have ended the relationship, and shortly after, was seen dating actress Ashley Greene.

When premiering her documentary Simply Complicated in 2017, Lovato admitted their relationship only lasted “like a month or two” when they were teenagers.

During the 2010s, Lovato faced challenges with addiction, eating disorders, and mental health for well over a decade. She has spoken about entering rehab several times since 2010, with notable treatment periods in 2010, 2018, and 2021.

“Everything had to happen for me to learn the lessons I needed,” Demi revealed on Diane Guerrero’s podcast Yeah No, I’m Not OK in 2021. “It was a painful journey, and sometimes I get sad when I think of the pain I had to endure to overcome what I have, but I don’t regret anything. The Camp Rock series became hugely popular after its first film premiered in 2008. Now, almost 15 years after Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam aired on the Disney Channel in 2010, rumors are circulating online about a possible third movie in the making.

Ahead of the tour, the Jonas Brothers hinted at special guests and surprises, with Demi’s appearance allegedly being one of the standout moments. The tour itself marks two decades of their musical journey, blending nostalgia with new experiences.
