JoJo Siwa has confirmed she’s in a new romantic relationship! This comes after her recent split from Australian influencer Kath Ebbs, with whom she went public in early 2025. Since then, Siwa has opened up about her evolving understanding of her identity, now identifying as queer.
So, who’s her new partner? None other than British television personality Chris Hughes. The two met earlier this year during the 24th season of Celebrity Big Brother UK, where they quickly formed a close friendship. Their bond grew stronger when Hughes stood by Siwa during a tense moment in the house, defending her after a fellow contestant made inappropriate comments about her sexuality.
After the show wrapped, Siwa and Hughes spent more time together, even taking a vacation to Mexico. They also began sharing affectionate moments on social media. On June 2, Siwa confirmed their relationship, saying it’s “not platonic anymore” and adding that she’s “head over heels” for Hughes.
Jojo Siwa confirms she is officially dating Chris Hughes in a new statement to The Guardian:

Hughes is a British TV personality and sports presenter, born on December 22, 1992, in Gloucestershire, England. He first rose to fame in 2017 on the third season of Love Island, where he finished in third place. After the show, he teamed up with fellow contestant Kem Cetinay to release a music single, ‘Little Bit Leave It,’ which reached No. 15 on the UK Singles Chart.
Since then, Hughes has built a career in sports broadcasting, working with ITV Racing and the BBC’s coverage of The Hundred cricket tournament. In 2025, he returned to reality TV for Celebrity Big Brother UK, where his path crossed with JoJo Siwa’s—leading to the beginning of their relationship.
