Rosalía has finally unveiled her biggest secret to the world: her fourth studio album, officially titled LUX. The announcement came on October 20 with the album cover revealed in Times Square (New York City) and later in Madrid’s Plaza de Callao. The reveal followed an intense preparation process and a surprise public appearance that Rosalía livestreamed on TikTok Live.
Now, everyone wants to know more about LUX—especially which artists Rosalía has collaborated with on the project. The singer has also confirmed there will be a special vinyl edition of the album, featuring an impressive fold-out design accompanied by a mystical photo shoot.

It seems all the speculation was right: Rosalía had been hinting for months that LUX would be her most spiritual record yet—made, as she described it, “from the inside out.” On the cover, we see her in a penitential pose, dressed as a nun. But what lies inside this studio project?
In LUX, Rosalía explores themes of feminine mysticism, transformation, and spirituality—tracing an arc between illusion and loss, faith and individuality. The album features 18 songs divided into four acts, which the artist refers to as “movements.” Each section is built around a concept emphasizing spirituality and divinity.
Titles like Sexo, Violencia y Llantas, Mio Cristo, Magnolias, and La Rumba del Perdón make it clear that LUX is set to be one of Rosalía’s most striking works yet.
Without a doubt, LUX stands as one of Rosalía’s most ambitious projects to date. The album was recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra and includes guest vocals from Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente, and Silvia Pérez Cruz, as well as choir contributions from the Escolania de Montserrat and L’Orfeó Català.
According to the artist’s official website, “LUX explores themes of feminine mysticism, transformation, and spirituality, tracing the arc between illusion and loss, faith and individuality.” The countdown is on to finally hear how this highly anticipated record sounds.
Rosalía has launched a new official website featuring all the latest information about LUX, where fans can pre-save the album. You can also pre-order the various vinyl editions, including the exclusive fold-out version.
