Fans of Justin Bieber have been waiting for years to hear him sing again—not just in concert, but in a new music project. However, his return to the spotlight hasn’t been what many expected. Recently, the singer was photographed walking down the street, looking worn out, which quickly led to speculation that he was struggling with drug use.
Now, Justin has responded in his own way—through music. Taking to social media, he shared a video playfully mocking the rumors, making it clear that he’s not bothered by the speculation. And, as only Bieber can, he did it with a song that has all the makings of a viral hit.
In the clip, he raps, I fly like a fly guy, I fly high like a bagpipe. I go high like a bad guy, alongside his friend Eddie Benjamin. The track quickly gained traction online, becoming one of the most talked-about moments of the past few hours.

While some may joke about the situation, there’s no denying it’s a serious issue—so much so that Justin Bieber’s team felt the need to release an official statement. His representative told TMZ, “The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely false.” Adding that Bieber is actually ‘in one of the best places in his life.’
According to The Daily Mail, “at this time, he is focused on actively parenting his six-month-old son, Jack Blues, with his wife, Hailey Bieber, and working on new music.” Bieber’s rep also shared that the singer has gone through a ‘very transformative’ year. During which he ‘ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.’

In reality, the tired look in the photos is simply the result of long hours in the recording studio, the stress of social media, and sleepless nights caring for his child, who has also been struggling to sleep.
Yet, few seem to recognize that speculation and negative comments about someone’s appearance don’t help. They only add pressure and invite unnecessary criticism. With so much focus on mental health today, isn’t it time we show a little more respect?
