Joaquina Valentina Blavia Canabal (Caracas, 2004), artistically known as Joaquina, is one of the leading figures of the new generation in Latin music. Her name is already resonating in the industry, and she quickly earned her first Latin Grammy for Best New Artist. Now, she is shaping her creative evolution with her highly anticipated debut album Al romper la burbuja, dropped on January 31st, 2025.

Her first studio album, entirely produced by the artist herself alongside multi-GRAMMY-winning producer Julio Reyes Copello and Latin GRAMMY-nominated Mixing and Mastering Engineer Robin Reumers, represents a deep exploration in the search for self-discovery and creative complexity. It blends folk-pop with touches of classic rock.

Al romper la burbuja includes 14 tracks that explore themes such as heartbreak, personal reinvention, and nostalgia. The artist’s brilliant ability to represent introspection merges with a hypnotic voice that gives her a unique signature.

Joaquina also premiered the music video for «carta (a mí)» on February 13. This heartfelt song reflects on the process of growing up, maturing, and seeing everything from a new perspective.

Joaquina Kicks Off the ‘Al romper la burbuja tour 2025’: Tickets

The Venezuelan singer has already kicked off the ‘Al romper la burbuja tour 2025’ with two sold-out shows in Spain, followed by dates in the United States and Latin America, including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.

Regarding her U.S. tour, the artist will be performing in cities such as Orlando (April 25), New York (April 27), Houston (May 1), and Miami (May 3). Tickets can be now purchased on Joaquina’s official website.
