A key moment in the night came when Becky G and Manuel Turizo took the stage to perform their new collaboration ‘Que Haces’ live for the first time. Their performance blended both artists’ unique sounds and highlighted the growing influence and richness of Latin music in the global pop scene.

The night was also marked by emotional and historic moments:

  • Janet Jackson received the ICON Award and returned to the AMAs stage for the first time in seven years. She delivered a powerful medley of hits like ‘Control,’ ‘Someone to Call My Lover,’ and ‘All for You,’ reminding everyone of her lasting impact on pop and R&B music.

  • Gloria Estefan made her comeback after more than 30 years, electrifying the audience with a vibrant performance of ‘Rhythm Is Gonna Get You,’ ‘La Vecina (No Sé Na’),’ and the always-iconic ‘Conga.’ Her return was met with enthusiastic applause and a sense of nostalgia.

  • Rod Stewart was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award and performed ‘Forever Young.’ The moment turned emotional when five of his eight children surprised him on stage to present the award — a heartfelt tribute to his legacy.
