Now, new statements from Alan Acosta, a businessman from Alive Productions and one of Nodal’s accusers, have brought to light an alleged act of ‘betrayal’ that may have been the final straw.

According to Acosta, everything unraveled during a tour in Central America. Reportedly, a video of Nodal with a Colombian model set off the drama. The clip went viral while the couple was in El Salvador, and according to Acosta, it played a key role in Nodal’s decision to end his relationship with Belinda.

“We were in Central America when we learned that he broke up with Belinda. This happened after a video surfaced showing him at a nightclub with a Colombian model, just before a performance in Beverly Hills,” Acosta revealed.

However, the controversy doesn’t stop with the video. The lawsuit filed by Alive Productions also implicates Belinda, alleging another source of tension. Reportedly, during the couple’s relationship, extravagant gifts were financed by the production company—supposedly to smooth things over between Nodal and his team.

“Many things were taken care of, like when he had COVID and needed special care in Colombia. There were also expensive gifts for his then-partner, Belinda, aimed at keeping the peace,” the company claimed.

Meanwhile, Christian Nodal’s fans remain divided. Some stand by the singer, believing the claims to be a publicity stunt, while others question whether these revelations might damage his reputation—or even affect his marriage to Ángela Aguilar, who appears to have ushered in a more stable chapter in his life.
