It’s hard for Anuel AA not to surprise us, regardless of the context. The reggaeton artist has an overpowering personality, and it’s rare for him not to make headlines wherever he goes. This time, it happened at the highly anticipated Vibra Urbana festival in Miami, one of the largest Latin music events in the United States.

The performer of «Luces Tenues» has been one of the headliners of the much-awaited event. This initially caused a stir since he was going to coincide with the veteran reggaeton artist Arcángel, with whom he had an extended viral beef at the end of 2023.

The truth is that moments before starting his opening performance at the Vibra Urbana festival, a viral clip surprised social media: an image of the reggaeton artist throwing his cap on the ground while climbing the stairs to the stage, in a gesture that clearly shows his anger.

However, the reasons behind this outburst are truly unknown — although we already know that Anuel AA often tends to let his emotions guide him. Nevertheless, some fans speculated on social media about what could be the reason for his displeasure.

Influencer Maicol Esking revealed through his Instagram account that the cause of Anuel’s anger was because they called him to perform «ahead of schedule.» However, this theory is contradicted by other attendees, indicating that Anuel arrived at the festival «very late» due to alleged logistical problems. Some even claim that the artist might be upset about recent photos of Yailin La Más Viral, Anuel’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter, and rapper Tekashi69, who could have gotten married.

In any case, this was not the only expression of dissatisfaction from Anuel with the festival organization, as while singing one of his collaborations with Ozuna, there were some sound issues that the Puerto Rican openly criticized. «Look, what’s happening with this concert? I’m here with my favorite artist, and the fans deserve something well done. What’s going on with the ‘tracatrá’ system?» he asked, annoyed.

Despite these incidents, Anuel successfully opened the event, becoming one of its central performances.
