Sabrina Carpenter has officially kicked off her U.S. tour. The ‘Short’m Sweet Tour’ started on Monday, September 23, in Columbus, Ohio, showing that she’s is set to become one of the biggest pop stars on the international stage. The level of production she’s brought to this tour is nothing short of impressive.
Sabrina hit the stage wearing a sparkly towel, which she quickly tossed aside to reveal a bright pink, sequin-covered jumpsuit. The show’s opening presented a version of Sabrina that looked like she stepped out of a Disney movie—perhaps a nod to her Disney Channel days?

She also gave fans a special treat with a surprise song (taking inspiration from her mentor Taylor Swift, who she opened for during The Eras Tour earlier in 2024). But the twist? The song isn’t one of her own, but a randomly chosen cover. On the first night, she delighted the audience with ‘Mamma Mia’ by ABBA—a true classic!

Sabrina, as seen in the videos making the rounds on social media, has brought the entire Short n’Sweet world to the stage. That retro vibe, inspired by 1950s commercials, shines through in the music videos for ‘Espresso’ and ‘Please Please Please’. As for the setlist, Sabrina performs the full album along with some of her biggest hits.
Sabrina opens and closes her show with two of her biggest hits: ‘Taste’ and ‘Espresso.’ Both songs have become undeniable successes.
