Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing more legal trouble as seven new civil lawsuits have been filed against him, including claims from two people who say they were minors when he allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted them. These new cases add to the growing number of legal accusations Combs has been dealing with over the past year.

For the first time in this wave of lawsuits, other celebrities are mentioned, although they haven’t been named. One particularly disturbing case comes from a woman, known as Jane Doe, who says she was only 13 years old in 2000.

According to her lawsuit, a limo driver invited her to an afterparty hosted by Combs following the MTV Video Music Awards. After drinking a beverage at the party, she felt drowsy and went to lie down. She claims Combs, along with an unnamed male and female celebrity, entered the room where she was resting. According to her, as reported by CNN, the male celebrity rape her while the others watched, and then Combs also assaulted her.

When asked about the accusations, Combs’ representatives pointed to a previous statement from his legal team denying the allegations. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement said. “In court, the truth will come out: Mr. Combs has never assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

The New Lawsuits

The lawsuits, filed in both federal and state courts, detail incidents that allegedly occurred between 2000 and 2022. These events reportedly took place at parties hosted by Combs in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The accusations range from sexual assault and harassment to battery and false imprisonment. The seven plaintiffs, identified as Jane or John Doe, include both women and men, with most alleging that they were drugged by ‘P. Diddy’ before being assaulted.

One of the new accusers, identified as John Doe, alleges that he was 17 years old in 2022 when Combs drugged and assaulted him at a party. According to the lawsuit, Diddy gave him a drink and promised to help him become a star in the music industry.

These cases are part of a larger group of lawsuits filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to represent over 120 alleged victims, some of them minors. Federal prosecutors have also accused Combs of running what they describe as a ‘criminal enterprise’ through his business, involving sexual trafficking, forced labor, and physical abuse. Combs has pleaded not guilty to these charges.

Where’s Diddy Right Now?

Combs is currently being held in New York as he waits for his trial, which is set to start in May. Over the weekend, his attorneys asked the judge to issue a gag order to stop potential witnesses and their lawyers from making public comments, as they believe this could impact the fairness of the trial.

Since November 2023, more than 25 civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs, many involving allegations of sexual misconduct. While the first case, filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, was quickly settled, most of the others remain ongoing. Prosecutors have said their investigation is still active, and they might file additional charges in the future.

Combs continues to deny all the allegations, but with the growing number of lawsuits and accusations, his reputation is facing serious challenges.
