Nicki Nicole continues to make history by filling some of the biggest stadiums in Latin America, which are becoming too small for her remarkable popularity. One of the most talked-about stories after her recent show at Buenos Aires’ Movistar Arena was her touching gesture of inviting a fan onto the stage.

During her performance of «Tuyo,» an original song by Rodrigo Amarante, Nicki was joined by a fan who had a meaningful message written on his shirt. “No one belongs in this place more than you” is the phrase that surely lingers in the mind of this young man, as he undoubtedly proved himself worthy of that special invitation.

While on stage, this fan had the chance to sing and dance alongside his idol. He also left with a photo capturing the moment with the thousands of other fans in attendance. However, the most precious memory of all is undoubtedly experiencing that unique and unforgettable moment firsthand.

A Dream Come True

Right after stepping off the stage, the first thing the fan of the Argentinian did was admit that this had been a dream come true for him, and he asked it of the water, “because she said dreams should be asked of the water.” At first glance, this might sound strange, but let us tell you why the artist might be saying this.

Obviously this reference to asking water for dreams is a metaphor or poetic expression, like the ones he usually uses in the compositions of his songs. The root of all this would be that water is considered a symbol of life, basically because everything we are today is born from it. Furthermore, in many cultures and traditions, water reflects purification, renewal and spiritual connection, both with ourselves and what we choose to believe in.

For this reason, asking dreams of the water, as Nicki Nicole says, could be interpreted in some civilizations as a search for clarity and inspiration when it comes to navigating paths of uncertainty, confusion, or simply when we desire something so strongly that we no longer know what to do. Will you be asking your dreams of the water from now on?
