Nick Jonas, a member of the band he formed with his brothers Joe and Kevin, had a shocking moment that left everyone speechless when he suddenly ran offstage in the middle of a performance. This happened during a Jonas Brothers concert in Prague, Czech Republic, and the moment quickly went viral, especially on TikTok, causing a lot of confusion among fans. But what really happened?
The Jonas Brothers are currently on the final leg of their The World Tour Celebrating Five Albums. During their concert in Prague, everything seemed to be going smoothly as Nick played a ballad on the piano. The audience was ready to join in, lighting up the venue with their phones. Then, out of nowhere, a red light appeared and pointed directly at Nick’s head, and his expression changed instantly.
Clearly alarmed, Nick raised his hands in a stop gesture, pausing his performance. He then signaled to his security team and quickly left the stage, leaving fans in shock—and for good reason.

The concert was paused for a few minutes, and after about 10 minutes, security confirmed there was no actual danger after checking the venue. Once they determined everything was safe, Jonas returned to the stage and continued the show. Still, the unsettling moment left both him and the audience feeling a bit uneasy for a while.
Regarding the incident, an arena spokesperson said: “We can confirm that the Jonas Brothers’ performance had to be interrupted for several minutes due to the use of a prohibited laser pointer” by someone in the audience. “The organizing service responded to this fact immediately. After a few minutes, the band continued their performance and went back on the stage.”
A few months ago, Taylor Swift was also touring Europe with her Eras Tour. Suddenly, news came out that her three concerts in Vienna, Austria, were canceled. Swift faced some criticism for continuing her tour without immediately addressing the cancellations. However, there was a solid reason behind it: the government had detected and confirmed a planned terrorist attack.
While the Jonas Brothers’ concert was in Prague, it’s worth noting that the capitals of these two countries are close to each other, which explains the concern over a possible threat. Fortunately, the incident didn’t escalate, and both the singer and the audience were safe and sound.
