This year, Taylor Swift remains the clear favorite with 10 nominations across general and technical categories. Other notable nominees include Post Malone with 9, Eminem with 6, Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter, and rising star Chappell Roan.
The latter has gained attention with her song ‘Good Luck, Babe!’ and earned two VMA nominations for ‘Best New Artist’ and ‘Push Performance of the Year’. Despite her relatively short career, she has already made history at Lollapalooza in Chicago, drawing a record-breaking crowd of 110,000 people.
