The MTV EMAs 2024 have announced their nominees, and there’s a strong presence of Latin talent among them! After being cancelled last year, these awards are back for their 30th edition to celebrate the best of music in Europe as they do every year. We’re waiting to hear more about the performances lined up for this year’s ceremony, so stay tuned for updates.

This year, the awards will take place in Manchester, UK, at the Brand-New Co-op Live Arena on November 10th. You can catch the live broadcast on MTV’s official website, their YouTube channel, and their TV channels. Leading the nominations is Taylor Swift with seven nods, including Best Artist. Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, and Sabrina Carpenter are close behind with five nominations each.

Yes, you can. For most categories, the winners will be decided by public vote on the awards’ website. Only the Best Video of the Year category will be chosen by a jury.
