Some of the most iconic names in Christmas music include Mariah Carey, Ariana Grande, David Bisbal, and Michael Bublé. These artists have earned their titles as Christmas royalty with unforgettable holiday hits. But who will take the crown this year? As December begins, many artists release their best holiday tunes, filling playlists worldwide with Christmas cheer. Let’s be honest—everyone loves these songs during the holiday season.

This year, María Becerra is stepping into the race for the ultimate Christmas hit. The Argentine singer has released her own version of ‘Jingle Bell Rock,’ teaming up with the legendary Bobby Helms, the original creator of the song.

For this holiday season, La Nena de Argentina decided to reimagine ‘Jingle Bell Rock,’ a timeless classic first released in 1957. It’s one of the most covered Christmas songs ever, with artists like David Bisbal, Kelly Clarkson, and Brenda Lee putting their spin on it.

What makes her version unique is that she sings alongside Bobby Helms himself—using his voice from the original recording, as Helms passed away in 1997. María Becerra puts her own spin on the song, staying true to the original while adding her own touch with Spanish lyrics: “Es 25 ya amaneció, el arbolito lleno de color. Todo es paz y amor, es tan especial, una noche más, tanto que agradecer.”

“Out now for everyone! I’m so excited to share a song with the legendary Bobby Helms, and I’m incredibly grateful to his family for allowing me to make this happen. This is my early Christmas gift to all of you. Love you!” María shared in an Instagram post.

For the music video, María went all out to embrace the holiday spirit. She dressed as a stylish Mrs. Claus and even danced on top of a table. What do you think of this fresh take on one of the most classic Christmas songs of all time?
