This is the last teaser before the song's official release

What started as a rumor has now come true. We’re just one day away from hearing the full collaboration between Lisa and Rosalía. Only a week ago, the two artists announced on social media that they were teaming up for a new song called New Woman. Since then, they’ve been keeping fans hooked with little teasers and snippets, building up the excitement day by day.

Now, with just hours left before the official release, they’ve shared another sneak peek, adding even more anticipation for the big debut on August 15th.

Rosalía’s role in Lisa’s new song has caught everyone off guard. It’s important to note that the Catalan artist hasn’t put out new music in quite some time. ‘Oral’ and ‘TUYA,’ which came out in 2023, were her last releases. Even though people still listen to her entire collection, fans have been eagerly waiting for something new. Finally, their wishes have been granted.

The latest teaser, shared on her management’s Instagram account, doesn’t give away much about New Woman. The only thing that stands out is that it’s definitely going to focus on female empowerment. From what they’ve posted in the last few days, another thing worth mentioning is that the song will probably mix English and Spanish. Phrases like ‘Fresh face, brand new día’ suggest this. Will Lisa give Spanish a try?

Second Collaboration with a Spanish-Speaking Artist

Some of her fans might already know, but this isn’t the first time Lisa has teamed up with a Spanish-speaking artist in her solo career. She did it back in 2021 with none other than Ozuna on a track called ‘SG,’ which also featured DJ Snake and Megan Thee Stallion.

After that collaboration, Lisa decided to take a break from her solo career and put all her energy back into Blackpink. ‘Rockstar,’ the single she released just over a month ago, kicked off a new chapter in her music. With that first single, she made it clear she was coming back stronger than ever, and the collaboration with Rosalía is just more proof of that.
