Karol G’s Unexpected Leak with a Reggaeton Star

Zoom on social media can be tricky

Reviewing a photo several times before uploading it to social media has become a necessary ritual and part of exposure on the platforms. However, we can always miss some detail that may be of utmost importance. That’s what happened this time to the veteran of the urban genre Arcángel’s team.

Omar Rivera «Omi,» his manager, shared some photos of Arcángel in the studio earlier this week, preparing what seems to be their next project. Remember that the veteran of the genre released his latest album, ‘Sentimiento, Elegancia y Más Maldad,’ in November 2023, but it seems he already has other projects in the works.

In the images shared via Instagram, there is a detail that has not escaped our notice. We can see a notepad with what seems to be a handwritten tracklist. They are names of songs from his latest album, but among them, there is one that has not been released yet and would be a real bomb with one of the top Latin divas: none other than Karol G! If you look closely, in the image, you can read «Condado feat Karol G.»

After the image was posted, some fans commented excitedly about the unexpected surprise. «Condado ft Karol G… why didn’t Karol feature in the album?» a fan asked. «Karol G???» another commented. Another surprise, in this regard, was also the appearance of Mora, in what could be a track called «Esta Deja.»

We don’t know if it’s a shared detail intentionally or not, but we do know that this collaboration would cause a real revolution in the urban genre.

The (Less) Expected Reunion

The last time Karol G and Arcángel collaborated was in «Tu No Amas» in 2019, alongside Arcángel’s now archenemy and Karol’s controversial ex-partner, Anuel AA. They could face each other sooner than they would like after their viral beef, as they share the lineup as headliners this weekend at the Vibra Urbana festival in Miami. We can’t help but wonder if this will lead to another installment of one of the most impactful «tiraeras» in the urban genre.

And you, when do you think the collaboration between Karol G and Arcángel will see the light?
