Without a doubt, 2023 was the year for our beloved Karol G. The Colombian superstar soared to unprecedented success after the release of her history-making album «Mañana Será Bonito» (2023), becoming the first woman to debut on the Billboard 200 with an entirely Spanish-language album. She also clinched two Latin Grammys.
However, it seems that this year could be just as strong, considering the hints the artist has been dropping on social media – a typical move for our Karol.
We have to acknowledge that last year will be tough to surpass for the «TQG» singer – an iconic post-breakup collaboration that came out months ago with Shakira – but she appears ready for anything. On her Instagram, Karol has shared numerous photos from her Christmas vacation and the first week of January.
While the artist posted many pictures of her enjoying time with her family, watching sunsets, cooking, or playing board games, it’s worth noting that there was an abundant number of photos in the studio, composing, producing, and performing. Some featured her go-to producer, Ovy On The Drums.

«These are actually from now, from my first week of the year,» she says while showing another studio photo. «But I had all that saved and a bit more that doesn’t fit here. Here’s to a 2024 full of health, love, family, blessings, and A LOT OF MUSIC,» she wrote on an Instagram Stories post.
Lastly, Karol concluded the graphic carousel with a final image where she appears to hint at her next project – admittedly, not very revealing. The image shows a photo of a pile of bright yellow habanero peppers, accompanied by a caption, «My 2024.» Is this a hint about a collaboration? Something spicy? Is her new hobby going to be cooking? We don’t know, but we want to find out!
And you, what do you think the new clues shared by the ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ creator mean?
