Kanye West, now known as Ye, is making headlines again, and not for his music. The rapper and producer is facing legal issues once more, this time involving his sneaker brand, Yeezy. Both his company and former head of personnel, Milo Yiannopoulos, along with West himself, have been sued by former employees who accuse them of «unbearable harassment and discrimination.»

According to Billboard, a total of eight former Yeezy employees have filed a lawsuit claiming they were subjected to extreme pressure, working “inhuman hours.” The lawsuit also alleges a divided work environment, where Black workers were given “less favorable” tasks.

Forced to Work on Pornographic App

Some of the plaintiffs, some of whom were minors at the time, were assigned to work on the YZY Porn company that Kanye West launched. Although the app never came to fruition, these workers were exposed to highly explicit sexual content. One plaintiff claims that Kanye West’s partner, Bianca Censori, shared a link containing “hardcore pornography” with the team.

Other similar images were also shared in group chats. “It was a highly inappropriate and distressing environment,” said another plaintiff.

Sued for Sexual Harassment

This news comes just weeks after his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, sued Kanye West for sexual harassment. He also faced another lawsuit from the heirs of Donna Summer’s catalog for using the song “I Feel Love” without permission in “Good (Don’t Die),” track 14 of the album Vultures 1, which is currently unavailable on digital platforms.
