Jennifer Lopez, Vin Diesel & Megan Fox, ‘Favorites’ at the Razzies

Hours before the US Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences unveils the favorites for the grand gala of the 2024 Oscars, the organizers of the Razzies have also revealed which movies, directors, producers, actors, and actresses are bestowed with the dubious honor of being the worst films of the year.

Over the years, these ‘recognitions’ have even gained the approval of some performers (while others found them not the least bit amusing), and therefore, the impact of this initiative is growing despite its humble origins.

It lacks the glamour of other major ceremonies or the coveted statuettes of the star system, but the big names in the industry are present. Jennifer Lopez, Vin Diesel, Ana de Armas, and Megan Fox are front-runners for the 2024 Razzies, Hollywood’s anti-Oscars.

However, among the list of nominations, there are other names that are already part of the history of cinema, such as Russell Crowe, Helen Mirren, Michael Douglas, Mel Gibson, Bill Murray, or Sylvester Stallone. The Exorcist and The Expendables 4 dominate the majority of ‘nominations,’ but other films like Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny or Ant-Man also make appearances.
