Duki Teases His Upcoming Era ‘Ameri’ With New Trailer

Duki's latest teaser hints at 15 potential collaborations

Duki has established himself as the top Argentine rapper in recent years, and with that title, his new releases are expected to deliver. Right now, he’s building a lot of anticipation for Ameri, his upcoming album, and his moves on social media have only added to the speculation.

He recently archived all his Instagram posts, changed his profile pictures across all his accounts, and started sharing a few trailers that, ironically, seem to reveal everything while saying nothing at all. Just a few days ago, he posted a video where he’s seen with two of his usual producers, Asan and Yesan, apparently discussing this new release, which seems like it’s coming soon. Now, he’s dropped another fast-paced video.

The images in this 40-second clip are full of symbolism, including a new logo at the end—a lightning bolt with four intertwined “D’s.” This logo has temporarily replaced the covers of his previous albums on digital platforms, marking the beginning of a new era for Duki.

What is ‘Ameri’?

Ameri didn’t just pop up out of nowhere in Duki’s world. As the rapper explains, Ameri is “the place we all hope to reach at some point in our lives.” This idea became a kind of theme for him last year when he released Antes de Ameri, which represented the journey of working toward personal goals.

Now, with this new Ameri universe, Duki might be sharing through his songs what it’s been like to finally achieve everything he’s dreamed of and worked for. There’s no doubt this latest phase in the Argentine rapper’s life has been a real turning point.

Will there be 15 more artists on Duki’s album?

The latest trailer has stirred up some controversy, but in a good way. After taking a closer look at the video, fans noticed some familiar faces—not Duki’s, but other artists from the urban music scene, who might be featured on Ameri alongside him. In total, there are 15 names:

  • Wiz Khalifa
  • YG Marley
  • Headie One
  • Lucho SSJ
  • Eladio Carrión
  • Bizarrap
  • Milo J
  • YSY A
  • Arcángel
  • Judeline
  • Lia Kali
  • Morad
  • Myke Towers
  • Ovi.

It’s quite a long list for just one album, so we’ll have to keep an eye on Duki’s next moves to see if this is legit or just a way to throw us off.
